If you'd rather read it Zak, glad we got the chance to catch up. I really enjoyed it.

This is the concept I mentioned — a refresh for Synergy. I sketched out the direction, the structure, the brand ideas, and a rough timeline.

Take a look whenever you have a minute. No rush.

If anything resonates, let me know and we'll talk. If it doesn't, that's fine too. We'll keep it as a concept.

Either way — it was good seeing you.
Concept — for your consideration

A cleaner front door
for Synergy.

A refreshed website system built to represent what Synergy has actually grown into.

Starting point

Where we are right now.

Your current site works — but it doesn't tell the story of where Synergy is today. Ten communities. A growing operation. This is what that story could look like, modernized.

Identity concept

A direction, not a rewrite.

A refresh that keeps what works about the current brand, modernized.

Logo concept

A refinement of the existing mark, not a replacement. Keeps recognition. Modernizes the line work and proportions.

Typography
A refined serif for the headlines.
Cormorant Garamond · display weight 300–400
A clear, calm sans for the rest. Communities, services, family resources, news — the body of the site reads at a comfortable cadence on any screen.
DM Sans · body weight 300–400
A refresh that keeps what works about the current brand, modernized.
Structure

How the site is organized.

A focused information architecture — one path for each visitor type.

Scope

What's included.

Reserved for later

What's not included.

This scope is focused. A second site, census dashboards, staff portals, system integrations, any layered automation — those are separate conversations for separate stages, each with their own proof and their own numbers. Let's get the front door right first.

Pace

Six weeks, end to end.

Week 1
Discovery + brand direction lock. Quick interviews, content audit, palette and typography decisions confirmed.
Weeks 2–3
Design + build. Page templates, component library, responsive behavior. Working pages on staging by end of Week 3.
Week 4
Content + revision round. Ownership review, one consolidated revision pass, copy lock-in.
Weeks 5–6
Launch + 14-day post-launch support window opens. Production deployment, DNS, analytics live, handover documentation delivered.

Six weeks end-to-end. Faster is possible. This is the safe window.
